you might want to put a piece of contact paper (you can get it in clear) on the rear fender so that the bags don't wear and scuff the paint....other wise nice bike

$3k for the bike. (I know!)

Of course that's not the end of the story though.
I couldn't get to it so I had to pay $575 for shipping.
About $300 for taxes (bought it out of state)
And then there's the $30 lowering bracket.

So.. I'm into it for about $3,905
Still well below both the average on craigslist and the trade in value.

yeah, I paid a stealer $5k for a 2004 XL Custom with 28k miles but with a 1 year factory warranty (which proved great as they did an engine rebuild 4 weeks before the end of warranty due to problems!!) - bike runs like new now! Lucky.
