Question Taking the Baffles Out of Thunderheader Exhaust...

First question: How do you take it out? Like other exhaust That I have taken baffles out, you can unscrew them from the bottom of the pipe or something. It doesn't seem easy to take them out of this thunder header. When I look down it, it seems VERY restrictive.

Second question: Does anyone NOT recommend taking the baffles out? I know wome exhaust sound "tinny" or "ricey" when you take the baffles out.

Third question: I have the 1200 conversion kit in my 05' 883. Will I have to re-jet my carb for the better exhaust flow?

Thank you
