Default Cheap rack

I'm getting ready for a 7 day, 1,500 mile trip (NY to TN) and need more room for supplies. I made the rack from hardware store 3/4" x 1/8" steel, cost less than $20:

Awesome, and looks decent too. How did you join all of the members of the rack together: screws, pop rivets or welds?
