Default Wild 1 Chubby Outlaw mini apes with stock cables?

I have a Nightster and want to throw some mini apes on and was wondering if I can get away with stock cables. I think at the minimum I will need a new banjo bolt but throttle and clutch cables look plenty long.

Is there a fitting where the brake line changes from the flexible line to the hard line and is clamped to the tree?

Wires are no problem. I dont mind extending those.

I'd suggest just replacing the whole brake line. The Magnum BYO kits are supposed to be pretty nice and you can get a 6 foot kit and cut it to length as needed. Supposed to be able to have your custom made cable ready to install in like 10 minutes. I think the kit with all the fittings is about $45-50
