Default Oil Leak Pictures

A couple of weeks ago I felt a slight burning sensation in my lower area. No i'm not talking about the clap, but oil burning the inside of my left ankle. I woke up early the next day and cleaned the hell out of it and made sure to get as much residual oil that may have been on it cleaned off. Now the oil is back and so is the burning sensation (once again not the clap). Here is a few pictures if you guys could direct me in the right direction so I can get rid of my burning issue I'd be very appreciative.

some of those pics look a bit like leaking head gaskets- but i hesitate because of the amount of oil and the other parts of the bike that are oiled... kinda hard for me to tell from your pics- after you clean up the oil, where does it start appearing first?

If it was a head gasket then it would be really blown to throw out that much oil and still run. You just got to clean it up again and pay close attention.

In the second to last pic it almost looks like your oil filter is seated wrong. Did you change your oil recently?

How long since your last oil change? As filters get old the rubber for the gaskets starts to break down and start leaking. Otherwise, I would clean it all and do a quick run around the block to see if it starts.

I'm tending to agree on that filter being the culprit.

Looks like your oil filter isn't tightened all the way down.

Picture #1 is some of the mess, Picture #2 is the actual leak, note black inside gasket where it was breathing in and out.
