If I am going to put these on a bike do I need to do anything besides bolet them on? Is the brake fluid reservior in the way or anything like on a softail?

 

No.You eill get an extended brake rod to replace the short stock one.Pretty straight forward.What Year ??The pedal angle adjustment is the key.Make sure you dont have too little angle on the pedal ;adjusted by screwing the rod into the resorvoir as needed.Otherwise you will have to raise your foot too high to brake.

 

Let me know how the install goes. If I can resist all the other goodies for a while, I'd like to install those forward controls on my bike.
