Cool bike...send some pics to kevin@dkcustomproducts.com if you have a chance.
Couple thoughts-
The K&N filters are pre-oiled from the factory and sometimes there is a bit more oil on them than needed and it can drip.
It is also possible that you are blowing oil out the breather bolts and it is producing a mist that hits the air cleaner backplate.
If you are running your oil in the tank at about the halfway mark and it is blowing too much oil out the breather bolts then this type of breather system is an option-
Traditional Breather System

Thanks everyone for the information, I will definitely take a look at my oil level.
@DK Customs, I do know that the K&N Filters already come oiled, I have one in my truck and have used them on my other bikes before. I dont think its the air filter itself leaking, Im pretty sure its my oil level.
Again, thanks to everyone for the advice, I really really appreciate!

I didn't have any success getting mine to stop by adjusting the oil level.
My S&S carb setup has the same type of breather bolts you can get from DK. I first mounted a filter just above the carb, but I didn't like that it was venting a bit of oil smoke, so I finally ran a line to the back by the master cylinder with a filter on the end.
I used a T fitting, ran the line up under the tank and back. I am guessing a guy should probably drain/clear the line periodically, maybe at every oil change? Or would it be smarter to run the line down and back, let gravity do it's thing?
Speaking of DK, I better get into the garage today and install my ignition relocation bracket. A cool, simple and cheap mod. I like that.

On my Sporty and my current Twin Cam I am running the Outlaw breather bolts with no problems.
