Default Sportster touring seat

Has anyone tried the Sundowner seat? Trying to decide between that and the pillow look seat. Sundowner looks better, but is it comfortable on long runs?

The Mustang Wide Vintage Touring seat is the way to go IMO. Have you looked at Mustang seats?

I have the Sundowner. I didn't like it at first but gave it time to break in and I enjoy it now. It really does make a big comfort difference. Keep checking eBay and Craigslist and you can find one relatively cheap after a few months of searching.

+1 I even got mine on E Bay as well. Think I gave $150 for it new.

It's comfy but IMO doesn't look the greatest, still keep it around for long rides, mainly when the OL is coming to....

I like the Mustang seats but my bike came with the Sundowner and have been surprised by how comfortable the seat is. I've been over an hour in the saddle and can go more. Soon I'll be getting the backrest from Fast Eddy Sports and will forgo the Mustang setup. Not just because of price but because the Sundowner is more than adequate.
