Default Mini apes question.

So I just ordered 14" mini apes. Has anyone run the minis with out getting longer cables?

I have heard some say you don't need the longer cables and some say you do.

Anyone with actual first hand experience, can you add in your expert opinion! Thanks

a buddy of mine has them and the clutch and throttle cables he got to fit and the brake cable he had to bend straight to make the length. But even he said he will be going out and buying new cables so it looks better.

Id say with 14's youll need cables. I have 10's on my 48 with stock cables, the clutch cable is at its limit, throttle would probably be good till 12's but stretching at 14. Used an extended braided brake line.
