Default slip-on mufflers?

I'm currently riding a stock iron 883 and want to put on some slip on mufflers to get a little more sound out of the bike without breaking the bank as I would getting a whole new v&h exhaust system. My question is if I were to get the slip ons would I have to calibrate the ecm? I believe with slip ons its not necessary but I'm not sure. Any advice appreciated!!

No you will not need to recalibrate the ecm.

No. With just slip-ons you won't need a Stage 1 download. But, I think you'll find that a SE ac with K&N filter and the download will be in your future once you've invested in muffs; might as well finish the Stage 1 and enjoy the benefits.

Take a look at these:
