Chris

I love the look of this bike. I have the same thing with the V&H 2-into-1 blackout, Screamin Eagle Air Kit, Stage 1 Download, Micro Mirrors, Licks Solo Bag, Joker Big Bite Pegs( I dropped some grease on them and let them float). La Pera seat (worth every penny). I love this little monster! Have yet to hit the REV Limiter. I like the look of yours with no belt guard...maybe that will be my next move!

What's the new seat? I dig it!
I'm looking for something that will let me scoot back a bit in the saddle.

Not true. Search the forums for more dialogue on aftermarket parts and hd warranties. . .

Now there are folks who will come on here and talk about the Moss Magnuson act which should prevent this but if HD or your dealer says no it is up to you to fight them which can require a lawyer and can get very expensive.

I am not the factory nor am I a dealer. i am just telling you that your warranty can be voided just by installing an air cleaner, exhaust, tuner etc. It is all up to both your dealer and HD whether they do or not.

And of course if you bought the parts from a dealer who also installed them and they are genuine HD parts well of course they are going to warranty those. Otherwise can you imagine the PR nightmare if they did not. What I am referring to is installing aftermarket parts like say a Vance and Hines exhaust and doing it yourself.

The person I was talking to does not have HD pipes or air cleaner if I am not mistaken. He has Vance and Hines pipes which can most definately void your warranty if your dealer wants to.
Ok,this I agree with.

hey guy's,

it's been awile for me on this board.....july '12 bike almost ready....the my wife got the diagnosis breastcancer.....than our world collapses.....3 kids.....and a whole lot uncertainty kicks in.....

but thank god.....she's on the right track....stil some threatments to go, but the tumor is gone, and there are no metastases !!

so the spring is coming and the work on the bike continuous.

who can post the url for the "how to" for the headlight relocation, when you mount the headlight upsidedown to the tree....

thanks in advance
