Default How to extend brake tube?

I just started to install a Santee 10" apes, all the cables and wires are long enough except for the brake line. How do i extend the brake tube that connects to the master cylinder? I know one end needs a banjo with a banjo bolt, but the other end of the tube where it connects the the steel thin lines looks like it needs a special tool. Any recommendations on brake tubes also? Thanks

I have the magnum black steal braided BYO kit on my 48. It's easy to do. I have 10" Z bars with 1" risers and if I remember right that I cut my line at about 45". A steal braided line is much better than the cheap rubber/steal line that comes stock.
