Default Help?

I bought a fat bob tank for my 96 sporster it has the dash kit on the tank.
the old switch has three wires into it and the new switch that came with the
kit has six prongs they are not marked as to what is what. before i cut the old switch lose i would like some feedback on how to wire the new switch since the kit i got did not have any diagrams with it any help would be appreciated
