Slam my sporty to the ground!
Hey Family, I have a 00' 883 and I just picked up these (Burly) 10" slammer shocks for it. Will this be as easy as changing shock on a cage? I'm trying to get more hands on with my chariot. I was all set to attempt this until I saw this spanner tool in the box. Now I'm like whoa!...I'd better start asking some questions. Any help is appreciated. Thank you folks.

Put a jack under the bike to keep it from dropping when you remove the shock bolts. Unbolt and bolt on the new ones, relatively easy if done right. I did it without a jack but with a friend, so he held up the rear while I swapped out my shocks for struts.
The spanner tool is to adjust the shocks.
