I have a 48 with the Screaming Eagle hi flow air cleaner on it. The previous owner had it installed and also had a remap done at the dealer. I want to put a new high flow air cleaner on it, and am petty sure that it won’t affect the remap and cause any issues, but I thought I would run it by you guys here and get some opinions. I’ll be going from the Screaming Eagle Hi-flow to a 4 inch round Figure Machine model.

 

Do you know what kind of tuner it has? If it was ran on a dyno then you will be causing some changes. If it is something like a fuelpak or Xieds then a high flow is all the same.

 

It's not really going to matter, you would never notice the differance.

 

First of all, unless you have had some serious head/flow work (stage 3/stage 4) done, ANY upgraded air cleaner system will provide way more than your engine can use.
