I saw a post where someone said you cant put drag bars with 6" risers on a sportster. Heres the bars i ordered.. http://kcint.zoovy.com/product/60-50-1-06and i have a 2000 883....will they fit or will they hit the tank? I have a peanut tank.

 

your all right man, i think i'm the one that said something like that. i stated that you can put any 4" or smaller riser and pullback drag bars on a sporty with a peanut tank or they will bang the tank. but with your 7inches of rise you should be ok. i looked at your link an ithink you'll be fine. don't hold me to it, cause those are chubby bars. but mine only bang the switch housings, without the switch housings mine didn't but you can't really ride without 'em. (with stock wiring, mirror mounts,stock front brake lever,etc...) but anyway you should be fine, any other questions just pm me or ask.
