Thats alot of money for a bar swap! I have 10" Z bars on my 48 with 1" risers and only had to change my brake line. The rest of my cables are stock and have enough length to them after cuting a few zip ties. I bought a "build your own" brake line kit from magnum shielding. $55. total cost of $70 for the bars and $55 for the cable. $125 total and a few hours of my time. I can see if you went to a 12" or larger bar, you would need a full cable extention kit like the ones from burley.

I generally buy my brakelines from J&P. You can call them, ask for their technical support-tell them what bike you have, and what bars you are putting on, they will fix you up with the right length line and all the compression fittings etc. that you will need for the install. Just tell them what you are doing and that you want all the parts needed for the install...they have always done me right.

it is better for you to buy the parts and Do it yourself!
i have the same problem with my xl1200c and i have 10" mini apes so i got a cable kit for 250$ and i have done it myself better than doing it with the stealer who will charge me 780$ for parts and 240$ for labor
