I'm 200 and stock rear started bottoming out in one year after purchasing, stiffest setting. Doesn't that suck?

I was at the dealer recently buying some dino juice and they had a used 1200C with the Mustang seat and backrest. Damn that felt amazing. The only issue would be getting on and off the scoot. I can't lift my leg over the backrest so I had to sort of scrunch it over the saddle. With help from me holding my pant leg. Getting old sucks. lol
The trick to getting on a Mustang seat with a back rest is to use your passenger pegs like the stirrups on a saddle - left foot on passenger peg, throw right leg over to other passenger peg, settle on the seat, feet to the ground. Get off the same way. Works great for me.

I have State Farm have for years. I got a qoute from them when I got my 94 sportster last year for 240.00 a year for full coverage. Just received my renewal same price. I have multiple cars and renters insurance and a perfect record.

I don't have passenger pegs yet but I like the idea. I will be adding passenger pegs and the Mustang. Those pegs are almost centered below the seat right? I would hope it's high enough to have my right leg make it over the backrest. lol

Default Mustang Driver Backrest folds flat

If you are talking about the driver backrest that is built into the solo on the Sportster you sat on, you should be able to fold the backrest forward and down almost flat on the driver seat. You then swing your leg over and move forward enough so you can reach your hand back and flip the backrest back up to the vertical position. Call Mustang at 800-243-1392 if you have any further questions. Thanks.

That's almost the same with me and my sissybar. I mostly ride without it but when I do, I slightly bend my right leg and I clear it.
