Default New 883 exhaust done

I picked up my 883 about a month ago and decided instead of getting v&h short shots like everyone else I would try to fashion my own. I took some old cycle shack drag pipes that I got from a cycle shop locally (for free) did a few drawings to see how I would like them to look and then started cutting and welding. Bought some black exhaust wrap. Cut the original heat shields to my liking and this is what I came out with... About 90 bucks all said and done with baffles, wrap, and black silicone paint. All this was made possible by reading postings from this forum, so thanks dudes

Nice, but that wrap is already looking ratty. Look for an exhaust repair kit at pep boys / etc that contains a sleeveless collar. Paint it black and put it on over the area that is fraying. $5 fix.

Thanks for the feedback guys I'm glad to hear people like it. Schwingding thanks for the advice I'm in the process of relocating the speedo so I'm gonna fix the fray on the wrap while I'm workin
