Default Anyone running a springer front end?

I love the looks of the springer front end and would love to add one to my wish list of upgrades to my 88 Sporty. Any advice as I begin to look for my winter project?

Thanks,
Hawk

I don't have one, but i also want one to for mine. lemme know if you find a place with good deals on 'em. I know a friend or two with 'em and they like 'em. if you need to know something just pm me and i'll ask 'em about it, or i'll take some pics, whatever you need.

Wanna,

If you could get some info from your buddies that would be great.

Here is place that has lots of Sportster stuff and lots of springer front ends. Cool site.

yeah it says it only has 11,000 miles, thats really low for a 11 year old bike.and it also comes with the original front end and wheel.

That does look good...

I think seeing it I would go with a +4 or +6 to get that front wheel out there a bit more.

ya didn't read far enough! '81 and earlier have 7/8" neck. '82 and later have 1" neck. Look near the bottom of the pages.
