Default question about rear brake caliper

Next thing on the list heard soothing rattling didsomechecking and found my rear caliper seemed loose as hell I can move it with my hand is this normal? I took it all off down to the hose left the hose connected put it back together and still a little loose.
Starting to think the pre resale inspection the dealer did was yup the bike runs should be ok lol.

The rear caliper should be held tight to the swingarm. Maybe some washers are on in the wrong spots, or the wrong bolts were used to mount it & they are bottoming out not allowing it to snug down.
