I really like the hard bags that 131tman has on his bike (in this thread https://www.hdforums.com/forum/sport...hard-bags.html).

131tman - I think they're the genuine Harley Davidson hard bags if I'm not mistaken?

I've seen a lot of bags for the '94 onwards Sportsters and this is what these bags are listed as.

How difficult would it be to modify these bags to fit my '92? Could I just make some brackets up to mount them or is the shape of the back end significantly difference between '92 and '94 that the shape of the bag won't fit?

I love the shape but the Harley Dealer only gets them to order so I can't get a look at them before buying.
