almost done.....i saw the screaming eagle buckshot heat sheilds, but im not paying that much, plus im sure you can see i was starting with the normal buck shot idea.......but then no lie right as i was starting to drill a old Shelby cobra drove by, and i saw its exhaust...yup i changed it a little so instead of buckshot its kinda a 50 caliber machine gun barrel desine to look like that cobra exhaust.i chopped the the pipes, i used VHT flame proof for the shields, and slip ons. cost 9.99 but with military discount came out to 7.35...not bad. i drilled with a 1/2 drill bit, and drimmel to make it solid circle.

I feel your pain with the little paychecks, I'm in the same boat. Your pipes look sick and you did a great job on them. I've found this site very useful and I'll also being my own fabrications. I'm stationed in 29 Stumps so I have plenty of time, I just don't like tearing apart my bike because it's my everyday ride. KILL!!

I like your heat shields better than the hd buck shots. You may need some sort of afr management since u removed your baffles when u change your AC. Ride it and see. May just go with x14ieds. Nice work
