Hey hdforums, got a problem my left signal on my 1994 sportster 883 xlh doesn't work the right side flashes just fine but the left side front light is lit up but doesn't flash neither does the back left side does not flash. Could this be the turning signal module and does the module separate from left lights and right lights or is it one whole module, thanks for the help guys.

 

Hi from the UK and welcome to HDF. I doubt if it's the module. On older bikes check the electrical connectors including grounds, because they can get corroded. Pull them apart, clean and reconnect using dialectric grease, also check that the bulbs are clean and getting good connections in the holders. Swap the bulbs from one side to the other, to see if the problem stays put or moves with the bulbs.

 

I'd check the bulbs, had a rear one that was all milky inside, did not work, but somehow the front still did. Your front one has dual filaments, so it could be out and you'd still have a light from the running light circuit.
