Thinkin about putting some street glide hard bags on my 1200 custom.. Any suggestions? Don't really care for any of the sportser bags I think they look to small.. Anyone ever tried this idea?

There have been a few that went with the Street Glide look, One guy is on this forum.
Personally I don't like them with the short fender but if you were to put a FL style rear fender I think that would look good.

I think these look good. Comes with everything. Even wired in L.E.D. lights in the bags. If I was going to do hard bags I would go this route. Heck of a lot cheaper too.

I think I'm gonna go with the street sweeper front and back fenders.. and a fatboy gas tank.. Think it should turn out very nice
