Talking Arizona's "Tail of the Dragon" PICS!

So there is an ~11 mile stretch of a highway called the 89-A between Prescott, AZ and Jerome AZ that has 150+ twisties and has 2000ft change in elevation. This is easily the best trip I've ever made and has to be one of the most fun motorcycle roads out there! Here are some pics from the journey!

Can you tell what's wrong with this photo?

A guy was taking photos of the motorcycles coming through.

That road it packed on the weekends during the summer. A real fun ride. Start in Kingman and ride it all the way to Flag.

It was along the north facing slopes where the sun doesn't shine as much. They got a pretty good snow about a week ago but the roads are clean and dry right now. The icy road was along a road that split off of the 89-A at the pass. Needless to say, I didn't get too far.

Cool pics. I was under the impression that Arizona didn't get snow for some stupid reason.

Not uncommon, most people don't realize that AZ is like two thirds dry forest. The whole desert thing is because our two largest cities (Phoenix and Tucson) are in the southern part of the state and that's where most people go to visit.

Yep, great ride. I made the mistake of starting in Wickenburg, up to Prescott then to Jerome. Beautiful ride except going south to north you're on the cliff side lane most of the time. Damn, it's seems like miles from the edge of the road to the bottom sometimes.

Really made my butt pucker up quite a few times. Next trip, it's Jerome to Prescott to Wickenburg so I'm hugging the mountain. I know, I'm a woosie.
