Clip on bars advice please

Default Clip on bars advice please

Which is the easiest way,
a) remove top (T) and slide down bars
b) remove wheel and lower forks

any advice appreciated thx

I removed the top and slid down, super easy. I didn't re-torque the top bolt as it required little to no effort to remove, so I just snugged it. But yes, taking the top off was super easy

i havent done it but would assume that it would be easier to go from the top.

I just loosened the tree bolts, used a jack and slid the front end down. You don't need to remove the wheel. Either way works. Tree pinch bolts need 32 inch lbs of torque, btw.

I wasnt really concerned with the pinch bolts as they just pinch to hold the forks, I was a little concerned with that big top torx bolt that holds the whole stem and bearing together, but everything on mine turned out ok...for now lol
