My brake line doesn't have a Burly PN like the throttle cables do. It has a short sleeve on it that says RUSSELL. Is it not even a Burly brake line???? This was supposed to be a complete Burly kit from Road 6 Customs but when I received it, it wasn't even in a Burly box!

*********Burly just said the 90 goes @ master cylinder & the 45 goes @ the caliper. Said they sometimes use RUSSELL to make their brakelines.************

mine had a white label with a burly part number covered with heavy clear shrink tubing, I removed it with a razor.
But to answer your question the 45 at the top 90 at the bottom

I will post some as soon as I can get on the PC, wife is still working and I'm doing this from my phone so I can't upload pictures.
But I will tell you that the line drops from the master pretty much straight down to the clamp on the upper tree, then makes a curve to the mount on the lower tree, then bows back and down to the caliper. Look at some pics in my photo album. I will post ASAP or pm me your number and I will send from my phone.

There should be a clamp bolted onto the right side triple tree where the hard line transitioned from the soft line, then directly under the trees there is another clamp to hold the soft line held by an alan socket bolt. Routed right grip to left side wheel.

BTW, my tag was a DOT number not a part number, I saved it. Nothing about Russel but I will say they make some of the best stuff....

I'm pretty sure I got the brake line routed correctly now. Now keep in mind I haven't bled the front brake yet cuz I just realized I don't have any fluid BUT....................
When I hit the foot brake WHILE pulling the front brake, the rear brake makes the right turn signal flash. If I don't pull the front brake then the rear brake makes the brake lights come on as it should. If I pull ONLY the front brake, it does not light up the brake lights at all. WTH have I done?????
***I just remembered this piece fell out when I took the right side controls off. Any idea where it goes or what it is?

Not sure how they come now but the bars I bought from Hill Country customs a few years back, and the one a year before that didnt come with anything but bars. Just cut the wiring harness and solder in some extensions. Just pay attention and get color back to same color. It gets easier the more times you do it.

Sound like you need to check a wire diagram. You got a manual?
