Hello all, I just bought my first HD motorcycle. She's an 07 Sportster XL1200C. I got her used with 12,000 miles on the clock. She has a few accessories already installed. I'm having highway bars and better slipons installed on her. She will be ready for me to pick up on Monday. She is yellow in color. My view is that I want only 2 things between my legs: a woman and a motorcycle. I would like ideas on what to call my bike. It has to be a girls name though I'd appreciate any input.

 

No offense, but this is probably the most useless thread I've ever read.

Welcome to the board. I've never named any of my cars except one: my '67 Deville convertible. I sure as hell haven't named my Sporty.

My bikes all have had names... 1st Harley lol, remember my first bike was all about being a biker, 2nd one was the Harley, big heavy road sucker Shovel. I WAS a BIKER CHICK.. man I was cool. It was all about having a Harley. I hung out with all the guys... in case I dropped it..... and after all I was a biker chick, had a Harley, one of the first in my woods.
Then I discovered riding. Harley is just in my blood now... maybe if I started on GoldWing... I'd be all... you know... the "other" bikes.
Peggy was the chopped BSA, The Precious (elusive ring) Shovel after Lord of the Rings, Scrappy the u-built cause she had a horrible attitude, and now The Black, just because, I guess because she's black?? lol

A yellow sportster.. 1st harley, post a pic. Named my buddy's black bike Cherry... his first Harley. Broke his cherry...
