On my last bike I made a luggage rack out of lexan, painted it gloss black to match the bike then studded it with nickle plated .38 special casings cut to the depth of the lexan (1/4 "). I deprimed them and replaced the primers with new brass primers that had been soaked in penetrating oil. Sure got a lot of comments at the range!
