Doing it all at once is a great idea and if I could have afforded it, I would have done it all too. I have ridden 1200s before and the 883 just didn't cut it for me. I had to have more power and couldn't wait. I had priced out the conversion through the dealer and doing it myself with the NRHS kit saved me at least $1000 plus I ended up with a SEPST, the dealer's price only included a one time stage one download for $300
