Default Running Lights

Does anyone know if it's possible to convert a 2001 sporty to have running lamps?

I assume you would need dual filament bulbs and then different indicator housings, then wire to the head lamp switched feed...?

Yes, you'll need new three wire turn signals for the rear. With the new signals, run the purple and black, if I remember correctly, as they were with the original stock signals, and then run the blue wires to the brake light housing. There's a spot already open in the wire plug housing of the brake light assembly that you can tap the blue wire into. I spliced both blue wires together for one pin connection into the assembly. Oh, and I went with the smaller bullet style, like on the newer models sporties, turn signals front and rear.
