Stage 1 for EFI
My stage 1 option for my XL50 includes using the SERF (Screamin' Eagle Race Fueler) instead of a remap. Other componants include SE air cleaner and V&H slips-ons. Seat of the pants, as reported earier, is good, but I did not have any objective data. That will change the first of the year as our local dealer will be using my bike as the Sportster guine-pig for stage 1 upgrades. The dyno will be tested (by the techs) on December 28-29, and my bike will be tested the first week of January. Hopefully I will be able to post a blow-by-blow of what works, what SERF settings are best and what doesn't. We'll likely play with baffles, exhaust and other parameters as well. If you are in the Kansas City area and have an 883, maybe we can get them to do your bike as well. Stay tuned!

RE: Stage 1 for EFI
I'll be sure to post the results of the dyno testing. My son, who is a mechanical engineer, is "betting" on the remap providing a better solution than the SERF. The dealer thinks the SERF will provide better results. I look forward to objective numbers to settle the "He said' "She said" nature of this argument...plus, I am tired of spending $
