I'm generally not a fan of apes because I just don't like the appearance. However, I rented a 72 last week. I was surprised at how comfortable they were. In fact, it's got me thinking about taking the stock bars and butt ugly riser off of my '07 XLC and replacing them with this riser and handlebars. Now to start researching what needs to be replaced.

There's a place in Texas that sells package kits...wiring, cables, etc...called Hill Country Customs or Hill County Customs. A guy I work with just bought a set from them and all cables and wires fit fine plus they're reasonably priced kits.
