Well I went back to go though emissions, I passed this time. I raised my idle back up and leaned it out a little bit. made it with a reading of 1091 final on hydrocarbons when the standard is 1800. TY for all the suggestions, raising the idle did help out. Since I did lower it way down. And ty Scuba, I won't lower my idle that low any more.

yeppers. they check for hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide emissions in AZ. For my 94 it's just sit at idle then open it up to about 2500 rpm.

It ran good. I lowered the idle back down a little bit. Not as far as I had it before.

Just curious what were your Co,O2 and Co2 readings?At idle.

my final reading on CO was 2.81. 5.50 is max allowed at idle.
