Default Flat tire & dyna beads

I noticed my rear tire (tubeless) was losing air. I found a small screw dead in the center of the tire. Pulled it out and stuck a tire repair plug in it.
I have Dyna beads in it. Wonder if it will affect tire balance ? Gonna be a few days before i get a chance to ride.

The beads will stick to the plug. hope not enough of them will so you don't feel it.
