I am having a hard time figuring out what parts are needed to throw on 12" mini apes on the newer Customs. The parts guy at my dealership had no idea. (not surprised). I have read on these forums that a new speedo would be needed due to the way the customs are set up. ANyone have any experience with this?

I checked the HD1 Customizer and I am able to view an XL1200C with mini ape's but they are factory installed, and no part numbers are given for handlebars/wiring/speedo. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately the only thing I found useful was the cable kits. I'm gonna take the bike to another dealership and hopefully they'll have an answer. If anyone out there has some more info, I am more than willing to listen.
Seems like the 2011 - up XL1200 Customs arent as customizable as their name suggests.
