Default Using an 2.25 hub rear rotor on a 2 inch hub with the centric ring?

Seen this http://www.ebay.com/itm/120847326601...ht_2668wt_1163 on ebay and sent the guy a messsage.
He says the rotors are 2.25 inch (center hole for the hub) and that they send also a centric ring for mounting on 2 inch hubs. Just curious if anyone has done this and if you all think its safe? the one specific for my 2 inch hub i can find is double the price almost.

Yep. That's pretty much the safest way to run that rotor on an older wheel. I've done it with the center ring several times without issue.
