i decided to make my own seat pan and brackets ,lots of time on the english wheel and some heat to make it just what i wanted .I need the rear fender so i can wrap this thing up.

Need to make a front mount and rear spring mounts when they come in

its got a really cool stance

did some more to the seat pan ,cant do much more to it until i get my springs . Made a battery box /relay fuse holder .
I will fully weld things once i finish mock up and do a tear down .

Kinda stuck until i get my head bearings ,rear fender and rear wheel .Getting close to paint

thanks
well sort of ,I'm a painter by trade at a custom shop and Ive always dabbled in fabrication but this is the most fabrication I have ever done and the most complicated as far as metal work .Its not crazy for the fab guy i work with but its pretty cool using the lathe and welders ,plasma cutters etc etc and doing it for a purpose instead of just mocking things up for fun .When I'm done this one i will be on the search for an iron head for myself and go a little futher .

the fender i wanted is back ordered a month or more so i got this spare tire cover from a buddy and its going to be a better plan anyway.Got an interesting idea for a fender strut that i hope works out.

cant wait to throw that white wall on the fresh rim tomorow (as long as the shipment comes in on time )
