heres the deal... i chopped a 75 ironhead. i have no wiring. not even in the headlight bucket. i bought this brand new harness off of ebay but i have no idea where these wires go. ive looked at wiring diagrams but they are simplified so much that i dont know where to put circuit breakers... as for the headlight, i know it should be filled w wires but it is hollow. ive been searching ebay but i dont know what other years will match up to my 75 xlh. any help at all would be apreciated.

 

bikebandit.com has microfiche diagrams, that might show you where to mount circuit breakers, I just made a plate behind my battery. You can pretty much customize where you want to put things, I would lay the harness out on the floor and look where the breaker terminals are in the harness, that should give you a good idea of what area of the bike they should be in.

 

Should be one breaker in light box and two under the seat that's how my 75 is wired
