Chopped Rear Fender Pics??

Well I bit the bullet today, decided to chop my fender. I was tired of losing ebay auctions, and didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for one.
Overall it went pretty well, used a hack saw to scribe a good straight line then finished it off with the angle grinder. I didn't do too much damage to the paint... Until the file slipped out of my hands!!! Probably gonna need to get it painted now, but at least that'll be less then the cost of a fender.
I actually bought a used fender brace from a U.S nightster, fit like a glove and is well hidden. Now I have no concerns about carrying a passenger.
Crappy cell pic, still need to do some more filing and round the corners. Overall i'm quite satisfied, the bike is on a stand, hence the large gap.
Question though... I didn't realize that the turn signal wiring went through the center brake light. Where do they connect on the nightster models? Pictures of the harness would be nice, also where do the US models get power for the sidemount license plate?
