Colormania did install the tank badges that I sent them. They also painted the portion of the badge that used to be beige, birch white, to match the rest.
They did not paint the inside of the headlamp visor, but in all fairness, I did not ask them to, as I didn't think the inside would be visible. But is was visible, and didn't look too good, so I rattle canned it matte black myself.
Riding with the visor does reduce a good portion of the wind blast off the torso. Above 65, it certainly makes a big difference in reducing fatique.
It's a little befuddling to the other HD riders when I pull up to their bunch of (mostly) black Harleys, and here mine looks like nobody else's. They don't know what to think, and usually say nothing at all. But when I do get a comment, it's always positive.
