It's the factory oil cooler. I had it put on from the get-go. That's the only accessory I was interested in after the HD salesman gave me the huge accessories catalog. I'm not into chrome or skulls.
Since the bike was stripped, I spent about 3 hours detail cleaning it...a little section at a time. It almost feels like I'll be getting a new motorcycle.
