I've heard a lot of good things about the La Rosa bags. I run passenger pegs on my Iron and those bags sit right over the passenger pegs. I still may get one and just pop it off when the fiancée is riding with me.

I just went to Lowes, bought 2 2" spacers and 2 2" longer bolts for the left side passenger peg so it sits out further than the bag. Problem solved.

I have the La Rosa, and I mounted it far enough forward that it touches the passenger peg but does not set on it,, it wouldn't be useable for distances but short and around town the passenger can swing the bag out so it rests on the outside of their foot.

I'm sorry that should have said far enough backward.. and actually I guess it would set on it, I just keep the passenger peg up most of the time.
here is a pic.
there is plenty of room to mount it farther back also.
