Default Good bye to the sporty side of the forum

Later dudes. Its been a great 2 years. I bought my first bike in Nov 09. It was a 05 1200C. Spent alot of money on it to get it the way I wanted it. My OL never liked riding more than a few miles on it. We did a few 2-300 mile trips and she was miserable. I traded up to a road king 2 weeks ago. I loved my sporty and miss it already. It was a badass bike. She loves the king though. Anyway, i hope to see yall on the highway.

Can't blame her a bit, you'll both be MUCH more comfortable on the RK. Too bad yah couldn't keep the Sporty for fun, I've got a tourer also. Congrats on the new ride!

That's right! enjoy the rolling sofa LOL! If I was to get a big HD it would not ever be a RK, but to each his own.

Good luck. I hope to add a RK to the stable in a couple of years, but will never get rid of the Sporty.

Yeah, to each his own. It is the ONLY touring class H-D I considered. To the OP, I'll see you on the "dark side." I just did the same thing.
