Default Help Identiying forward controls

I managed to break the brake rod that runs from the pedal to the brake reservoir on my 1996 Sportster. It has forwards controls on it and I bought it used some years ago. I am trying to identify the particular forwards controls that were put on it (by the dealer, I believe) but am not having any luck. They are kind of weird because the brake rod has a 45% bend in it whereas they are normally straight. If anyone recognises this picture and can id the manufacturer, I would appreciate it.

Maybe a picture of the whole side where that part goes will help. From first glance, it ain't a Harley part. Maybe Kury.??
