I have been looking for a lift as well and came across this review of one at Canadian Tire. Poor guy has had his Goldwing suspended in mid air for 2 years....

"Two years now and the Jack will not release. Before useing I tried it and it released but now with the Goldwing on it it is stuck in the air. Both wheels off the ground."

Ha!

(Probably just how he worded it, but I like the thought of a giant Goldwing sitting idle in the air for 2 years).

This is not so rare as some may think. The likely culprit is an air lock somewhere in the hydraulic bottle or lines. Easy fix is to "lock" the lift where it is and bleed the hydraulics. Chances are very high that the lift will then lower.

I appreciate your offer, but I do have a coupon. I wanted to use it but then could no longer find the lift on their website to place the order.

Thanks again!
