IT'S ABOUT TIME somebody finally chopped and smoothed their speedo clamp!!!!!!Everyone replaces the clamp and uses tape for their dummy lights. Respect goes out to you for ruining a perfectly fine part and not worrying about it and being creative. We need more people like that around here. NICE JOB!

Dude I love it! It changes the look of the bike so much. I was worried about not being able to see the speedo but with a 6 inch tank bolt I can see it just fine. Only bummer is winter is coming tonight and I'm not sure what I'm going to do next ha.

Excuse the newb question. Did relocating the speedo cause any calibration issues? Or, since it's electronic, does it work just like it always had?

Doesn't need to be recalibrated. Works just fine. I redid mine a few weeks ago and grinded off those 3 lines. Painted with some satin black paint instead of wrinkle paint. Turned out pretty good.
