The Sportster has been Harley's biggest selling model they have for many, many, many years.

 

Ha ha, ignorance should be punishable with a good *** whipping! Any way, old Sportys dont die, they just get older! Ive owned 4 ironheads, 1973 to 1981's. Unlike Japanese bikes, Harley Davidson is rich with history and if you dont know much about them than maybe some research is in order. The Sportster is one of Harleys most popular lines of bikes because of function and price. I still own one now, 1975 Sportster XLCH that Im rebuilding.
