i'll be getting something very similar to this. lots of brown and gold flake with some orange and black mixed in. paint to me is like art, its very hard to put a price on it and good art has no boundaries as far as price goes. i'll be willing to drop some good coin for something like this without batting an eye:

 

Some of the Jap sportys are cool and others not so much. I do love the small kick up rear fenders, but the super small tanks just look funny to me.

i'm going the same way as you, with mercurymoto doing my tank and i'll have scott do my paint. i'm just trying to find a competent welder in my area that can weld some bungs in for the traditional tank mount.

thats a dope little fender. too long though imo for what i want. the one rene made me is about half the size of that one. and kicks almost stright up off the rear fender mount. i love it! it's exactly what I was lookin for. i'd be leary (not timothy) about getting anything shipped from overseas. let us know how you make out.

 

eh, i didn't order the fender. i was just wondering if you'd seen it. have you posted a pic of the one renny made you?
